Storage & freshness
Each seed comes in its own resealable pouch. Best within 9–12 months of the manufacturing date depending on the seed. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, transfer to airtight containers if you finish slowly.

Can I buy a combo with different seeds?
This combo is fixed (Chia + Basil + Flax + Pumpkin) — these are our 4 most-bought seeds and they cover the widest range of benefits. If you want a custom mix, you can buy individual seeds and we offer a 5% bulk discount on orders of 4+ seed pouches.
Why not include sunflower seeds like other combos?
Most competitor combos use sunflower because it's cheaper. We chose basil instead because it's genuinely more useful for Indian buyers — especially in summer. Sunflower is great too, but if we had to pick four, these are the four that bring the most distinct benefits.
Are these the same as your individual seed pouches?
Yes — exact same product, same pouches, same recipe. The combo just bundles them together with a small discount.
Can I gift this?
Yes. The four sealed pouches make a solid wellness gift, especially for someone trying to be healthier. We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but the pouches are presentable.
Should I roast or grind any of these?
Flax MUST be ground to absorb the omega-3 (we explain in the flax pouch). Basil MUST be soaked, not eaten dry. Chia is best soaked. Pumpkin can be eaten raw or roasted. Each pouch has full instructions.
Can I substitute one of the seeds for another?
Not in this combo. If you want different seeds, please buy individually.
Is this safe for pregnancy/breastfeeding?
The seeds in moderation are generally safe, but flax should be limited during pregnancy due to lignans. Always confirm with your doctor.
