How do I use these seeds? Do I need to soak them?

Sprinkle any of the four into smoothies, curd, salads, oats or rotis. Basil (sabja) seeds are best soaked in water for 10–15 minutes first — they swell up and turn gel-like. Chia can be soaked for pudding or added dry to batters and smoothies. Flax and pumpkin can be used straight from the pouch, or lightly roasted for extra crunch.

How long do they stay fresh once opened?

Unopened, each pouch is best used within 6 months of the pack date if kept in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Once opened, reseal the pouch tightly (or move the seeds to an airtight jar) and use within 4–6 weeks for peak freshness. Flax seeds have more natural oil, so refrigerating after opening helps them last longer.

Can I mix all 4 in one dish?

Yes — that's exactly what this pack is built for. Add a spoonful of each to your morning smoothie, curd or oats for an easy seed mix, or use them individually depending on the day: chia in smoothies, basil in cooling drinks, flax in rotis or baking, pumpkin roasted or tossed into trail mix.
