All shipping and delivery matters for orders placed on bigpantry.in are governed by this Shipping & Delivery Policy. By placing an order with BigPantry, you agree to the terms set out below. We are committed to delivering your groceries and essentials promptly and reliably across India.
1. Order Processing
Orders placed on or before 12:00 PM (noon) IST on a working day are typically processed and handed over to our courier partners within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Orders received after 12:00 PM (noon) IST, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed within 2–3 business days.
In rare circumstances — such as extreme weather, operational disruptions, courier network issues, or festive-season surges — processing timelines may be extended without prior notice.
You will receive an order confirmation on your registered email address and/or mobile number after your order is successfully placed, followed by a dispatch notification once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping, Delivery & Serviceability
- We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
- Orders are dispatched through trusted third-party courier partners to most serviceable PIN codes across India.
- From the date of dispatch, estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your location, the courier network, and local conditions. Deliveries to remote or special-zone locations may take longer.
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be impacted by courier delays, local restrictions, adverse weather conditions, or festive-season loads — all of which are beyond BigPantry's control.
- Deliveries will be made to the address provided at the time of placing the order. Please ensure your address and PIN code are accurate and complete before checkout.

Free shipping applies to both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders on eligible cart values after product-level discounts and before taxes (if applicable). Promotional free-shipping thresholds may be updated at BigPantry's sole discretion without prior notice.
In case of returns or order cancellations, any standard shipping fee and applicable reverse-pickup or return-logistics charges may be deducted from the refund amount as per our Refund & Return Policy.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS, email, and/or WhatsApp notification containing your tracking ID and the name of the courier partner.
- You can track your shipment using the tracking link shared in the notification or by entering the tracking ID directly on the courier partner's website.
- If tracking details are not updated within 24–48 hours of dispatch, please allow additional time, as courier systems can take a while to refresh. If the issue persists beyond 48 hours, please contact our support team.
5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address including flat/house number, building/society name, street, area, landmark (if any), city, PIN code, state, and a valid contact number.
Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in delays, misdelivery, or return of the package to our warehouse. BigPantry shall not be held liable for such situations.
Our courier partners typically attempt delivery 1–3 times. If the order is returned to us due to:
- an incorrect or incomplete address,
- repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or
- refusal to accept the package,
...the customer will remain responsible for the original shipping charges. Any applicable refund will be processed only after deducting shipping and return-logistics charges.
In certain cases, the courier may leave the package at the doorstep, with a neighbour, or with security personnel if you are unavailable. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.
6. Coupon Codes, Offers & Promotions
- Coupon codes, offers, and promotional discounts are valid only for orders placed on bigpantry.in and apply to eligible products and locations as specified in the offer terms.
- Only one coupon code may be applied per order, unless a specific promotion explicitly allows otherwise.
- Unless clearly stated otherwise, coupon discounts do not apply to shipping charges or taxes.
- All promotions (including coupon codes and free-shipping offers) are subject to modification or cancellation at BigPantry's sole discretion without prior notice and may not be exchanged for cash or credit.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive products that are physically damaged, leaking, tampered with, defective, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within the time frame specified in our Return & Refund Policy, along with:
- Clear photographs of the outer packaging and the product(s) received.
- An unboxing video, if available (strongly recommended for damage/wrong-item claims).
After verification, we will process your request in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy (replacement, refund, or store credit, as applicable). BigPantry reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the conditions mentioned therein.
