Shipping Policy

Big Pantry is an honest healthy-snacks brand by Vimal Agro Products Pvt. Ltd. Every order is packed fresh at our FSSAI-certified facility and shipped across India through our courier partners.

Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (business days). You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 5–7 days after dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities are usually faster; remote pin codes may take a little longer.

Shipping charges

FREE shipping on all orders above ₹599.
Orders below ₹599 carry a small shipping fee shown at checkout.
All combos, boxes and gift boxes ship free.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available across India. A nominal COD handling fee may apply at checkout.

Order tracking

Use the tracking link in your dispatch email/SMS. If your tracking hasn't updated for 72 hours, WhatsApp us at +91 84608 91885 and we'll chase the courier for you.

Damaged or delayed deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or is marked delivered but hasn't reached you, contact us within 48 hours as per our Refund & Replacement Policy — we'll resolve it with a replacement or refund.
