Welcome to BigPantry.in (“Website”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website and services offered by BigPantry. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

2. Products & Pricing

We strive to ensure that all product details, descriptions, images, and prices displayed on the website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. 3. Orders & Acceptance

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. Order acceptance and completion of the contract between you and BigPantry will take place only after dispatch of the products.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other reasons.

4. Payments

We accept payments through UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets, and other payment gateways available on the website. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

BigPantry does not store your card or banking details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India through trusted logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on location, product availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events shall not make BigPantry liable for compensation.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

As BigPantry deals in food and consumable products, returns are generally not accepted once delivered.

In case you receive a damaged, defective, leaked, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with valid photo/video proof.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, distribute harmful software, or engage in fraudulent activities. You shall not use the website for unlawful or prohibited purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on BigPantry.in including logos, product images, graphics, text, videos, packaging designs, and branding are the intellectual property of BigPantry or its licensors.
